Our Story
Hello, I am Alina!
I am the founder and provider of THE GOLDEN AGE RETIREMENT HOME. I’ve been a nurse assistant since 2014, working with incredible seniors and their families. I worked as a
Resident Manager for several Adult Family Homes in Washington State, and being successful and seeing
the Residents content and delighted with the care that I gave them made me decide and work hard
towards opening my own Adult Family Home. During these years, I had the opportunity of working and
carrying for Residents with many different diagnosis, such as:
- Dementia;
- Alzheimer’s;
- Parkinson’s;
- Diabetes;
- Stroke;
- Hospice and end-of-life care;
- Visual/Hearing Impaired;
- Foley-catheter.
Our Mission
The Golden Age Retirement Home is dedicated to encourage our Residents make their own choices, feel valued and live as independently as possible. We as a team offer stability, loving care and professionalism making sure that each Resident will be respected and treated with dignity.
Along with our amazing and carefully trained staff, we do our best to care for and support all levels of care in our facility.
